Found this tweet. Assuming they are trying to say no fraud. Reply said can’t hack paper votes. I voted paper ballot & scanned it & placed it in a box. What happens to scanned votes? Can they be altered?

Thought so but was wondering if I was some how wrong. I’m really hoping that most people will start to believe fraud occurred.
