I'd say no, because there were two basic components to this effort, and neither one of them required Mossad.
1) ballot stuffing, traditional shit they have been doing forever, and extra printed ballots were chinese
2) digital rigging / manipulation of the machines, but Smartmatic had already built the code with the easy access needed for anyone to alter results, would not have needed a high-end "super hack" like Mossad.
Anon knows a little bit about SCAD, because he attended a competing design school. Just an observation to say that in general, art and design students are the farthest you could ever get from deep state insurgents. This kind of school runs on big donations, and as others have observed, often has highly connected people on its board of directors. These college kids are as clueless as any others.
