First time this vaccine came up in our Doctor's office we told the doc that none of our kids would be getting the vaccine while they were a minor and that if we ever found out that they'd been given it without our permission, we would sue her into oblivion.

I didn't check, but if I recall correctly Q said the first arrest would demonstrate the direction things were going to go, not that it would lead to a mass awakening. I think the entire process leads to that, not the first arrest.
