There are a few possibilities:

• this is controlled by cabal and they are really fucking people up, and were misled

• this is controlled by good guys, and the vaccine is not that bad and effects vanish after some time / it isn't as harmful as it should have been

• this is controlled by good guys, the vaccine is harmful but there is a cure for the effects

• this is controlled by good guys, the vaccine is harmful because if it wasn't sting operation wouldn't work out

I hope it's option 2 or 3.

At the same time I understand that if this is a sting operation, it may have to be harmful, not only would that wake tons of people up, but the people in charge also won't have any excuse left.
