As we're rolling merrily along through this election/selection/fraud process, here's a couple of interesting questions, and related points, to ponder…
Where in the US Constitution, the US Code, case law or any other fucking place does it say that a sitting President automatically ceases to be President on 12:00 noon, January 20 of the year a new President is to be sworn in?
(…under such conditions as when there is not a new President that has been ascertained by either an electoral process incurably compromised by fraud, Congressional inaction because they can't get their shit together since close to half of them are in on the fraud, and State legislatures and governors in turmoil because ditto.)
Anybody here with experience in the election, appointment, removal and replacement of local or county government officials? Because it happens all the time in those little groups…
It's called a "holdover" office
Meaning that the mofo in office, STAYS in office, until the situation is un-fucked and a lawful replacement comes in office.
''…and for the Presidency, that only happens when a new fucker takes the oath of office, January 20th or otherwise.''
No shit.
