When one state's vote is restored back to Trump as on election day, the others will follow quickly, like a domino effect. The Dominion vote flipping fiasco could give Trump all those 28 states, including NY, CA, and New England states. Remember, there were unverified reports that Trump was leading in all 50 states shortly before election day.

If these patterns can be proven in 28 states, they probably all go to the Don, and the machines and company can be banned from the US, as well as the real perpetrators can be arrested by the involved state. (As we know, the FBI doesnt do arrest stuff against public officials.)
