Any chef/cooking anons know the
secret to frying onions?
Not so much the frying part but more
about how to get the chopped onions
that are stuck to each other to
separate?
Don't know if there's a term for that
but I thought there might be a better
way to do it that to keep jabbing or
pounding on the onions to get them
to stop sticking to each other which
ends up having a bunch of onions
fly out of the pan.
