Sorry, not a fan. Too much evidence they knew, and it's used for excuse for the nukes, which every military commander on the ground disagreed with. The nukes were a direct attack from the Truman admin, and I consider it a significant possibility that FDR was removed because he would NOT have agreed with the nukes. The nukes were many times more destructive and killing than pearl harbor. And were not necessary. It's a LIE that the Japanese were not going to surrender. Pearl harbor jingoism day bothers me. I'd rather be right than popular.
