MKULTRA is a system used to program people to do certain functions.
The people in this thread are creative processors, who are used by the elite to beat humans at their one strength (creativity).
Everyone who rebels from MKULTRA is killed, no exceptions, sometimes for efficiency they are used in assassinations.
MKULTRA specifically only works on psychic outputs, hence the schizophrenia, the reason they all believe people are watching them is ironic, because there ARE people watching them, but they are the only people who can't tell what is happening behind closed doors.
The people in "chat rooms" who appear to know what you did that day are actually just VERY weak receivers that have almost no soul. These are the same kind of weak minded people who argue with you about anything for what appears to be no reason and lose the topic and the context in the first sentence of their rebuttal.
They are supremely weak minded, there are no words for it.
so to recapp, MKULTRA is a programming method to control the populace and harness the creative and psychic power of the alpha population of human society while at the same time using a plethora of intimidation and psychological tactics to make the alphas think they are not alphas.
I just noticed I didn't explain alphas.
Alpha Humans are born randomly almost, based upon what appears to be distance from other alphas, which is theorized to be measured in the dna by a presence of some sort of radio or electric frequency outputted.
Alpha humans are incomparable to normal humans in creative and psychic potential, and all normal humans think the same way as them based upon their outputs.
If the alpha is controlled, the society is controlled.
This is why they program people to laugh and point at people who act dramatic, because that is what alphas act like.
