WW2 was not a good time. I know Prescott Bush hated FDR. "in 1909 we lost everything". Consider Colonel House and his communistic control of Wilson, the bank's man, who was put in by Roosevelt intentionally splitting the R vote in 1912. If Bush was Cabal, then FDR was not - this is reasonable logic.
I'm not sure FDR had complete choices, that's my thought on it. But it's long ago, and the threads are long lost.
