Target is Kemp, Raffelsperger and Gabriel Sterling. MY take.

POTUS & Lin Wood double-teamed Loeffler & Perdue and forced them to back POTUS in order to win the runoff.

Big strategy is to show GA fraud. Most likely the most damning & easiest to prove. Rest of the country will fall in line after GA is exposed.

My guess is Raffelsperger/Sterling are in deeper than Kemp, so Kemp could get some sort of leniency if he rolls. He's lost any support from Loeefler & Perdue, at least tacitly, because if Trump goes medieval on their asses for not squeezing Kemp for a audit of the general, he will pull support for them. They'll be at the mercy of Lin Wood then.

All good guys have to do now is drop pieces of evidence until Kemp folds. Raffelsperger and Sterling will lie their asses off to the point that Kemp is forced to step in, because the lies will become more and more unbelievable and embarrassing.

Kemp is the one standing between a forensic audit now or an attrition campaign of releasing damning information that will take him out personally unless he acquiesces. IOW, He'll be forced to decide to save his own ass or Raffelsperger's and Sterling's faces.

TL;DR. Loeffler/Perdue taken off the board as Kemp players. Kemp on his own vs incontrovertible fraud evidence and increasing Raffelsperger/Sterling bullshit trying to cover it up/debunk it.

Nothing about the election returns is a valid number, except, roughly, the final total vote tally. That has to be somewhere in the believable range of expected voter turnout.

My guess is machines, working with total votes cast, ran an algo to put Biden over the top, at least in strategic areas. That's a target number, which can be easily be altered electronically, but it also has to be matched with a physical ballot.

So, at the precinct, physical Trump ballots have to be deleted and physical Biden ballots have to be injected to match the final tally. I'd say those Biden ballots they injected have to be scanned into the system to create a machine vote record for them.

So, in the precinct ballot pile, remove the necessary number of Trump ballots and bring in the necessary Biden ballots, then scan them. That's why the counting pause occurred, I think. They were scanning Biden ballots necessary to match the algo value on the server. The SFA video is evidence of that process, as is the high % Biden spikes around that time frame.

This is why the dems always make the claim that the hand recounts match the machine totals. They're trying to make you think there couldn't be any algos running, that that's just a bullshit conspiracy theory.

It went pear-shaped on them because it required the input of poll workers at the precinct level, and they were too incompetent (dumb) to pull it off, especially since Trump had many more votes as anticipated and they went overboard injecting Biden ballots trying to counter.
