My opinion is that it’s inevitable and the only way to avoid enormous bloodshed. Few agree with me - most people’s normalcy bias and expectation of “everything turning out fine” won’t let them admit that the United States of America is irreparably broken.

 

But then again, I’m a former European and I saw this shit in Yugoslavia in the ‘90s. 70 years before that, there were the Greece-Turkey population exchanges. A national divorce is the only sensible solution.

 

How many have to die, though, before the systemic arrogance of the ruling class is broken down sufficiently to see realism.
