Now he communicates with a straight face and muddled speaking that if Kamala and he disagree, he would just claim to get a disease and resign, which again we know is probably in their plans. Either he’s revealing the behind-the-scenes plotting by “strategists” like Anita Dunn due to dementia, or he’s intentionally starting to redpill the brainwashed masses. There is certainly had enough evidence of his family’s crimes to get a flip, and maybe some who flip would also like to see the swamp drained for current and future generations.

Yes, what he said may have been intentionally muddled for plausible deniability, but it makes more sense that this is what's being discussed behind the scenes. Haven't seen any correction issued to BBC and others who interpreted it as something Biden would do.
