I was curious if the insurrection act or martial law .are a mutiny easier? Thinking back to POTUS mutiny comment to Governors. Seems like baiting him to do something. A big public outcry for martial law seems a little weird when Gen. Flynn could just call and talk about without telling the whole country, if it was a good idea.

Might have to do a little digging on that. It does always strike me as a little odd when people (others have, too) go out in public and try to get POTUS to do soemthing and they are people that could just call him up and get through.
