maybe a service feeding into Bing was able to scrape/gleam something related to mailing addresses. But if so, why wouldn't other buildings be listed? It is a little bit weird that only that cluster is shown. It is weird that the JIIF and DOC are listed. Perhaps the A B C… are living quarters for on duty. I dunno, seems like a glitch.
