My opinion is based in the fact that as I look across the landscape, and as a reasonable person, I conclude there is enough evidence in volition of existing law and statute for the DOJ to move. They have not.

You tell me I don't need to act in order to effect change. Only my thinking need change to effect change. Well, that's true only to the extent that my though changes the rest of the world. Which, it does not. My action will change the world, but you advise against that.
