Spoke to a Priest today in New York State. He said people had to sign up for Christmas Eve Masses because there is a cut off on who can attend. I said the Supreme Court Ruled that there was no limit. He said the Bishop and the Gov. talked I guess and that only applies for NYC. SINCE WHEN?
