I'm watching Pruitt's testimony before the House, and these interviewers are not letting him answer questions. They end up saying things like I take that as a yes" or asking another question over top of his attempt to answer.

When others have testified (Clinton, Comey, Zuckerberg etc) those people being interviewed were treated so much better. How can you get answers when you will not even allow a question to be answered??
