Yes, in a way. This board's currency is available brainpower. Agree that it goes by periods. Late day early evening US time is better (I am in Asia). There's necessarily some fatigue after months of digging and to be fair, not that many earth-shattering happenings at the normie level, but I think Q is right in saying that we have way more than we know and we just don't use them correctly, short of enough volunteers to help.
