Mr. Wood authored an excellent Motion, so the following "typo" must not be a coincidencei.e., using "ignoration" day instead of "inauguration" dayand he might be alluding to your theory of the second term not counting against the 2-term limit. May even be a loophole not picked up when the Constitution was amended from no term limits to 2-term limit.

Technically, the 2-term limit is exclusive to President's whom are "elected" to two terms. Technically, if President Trump goes through a Supreme Court mandated Congressional process, that's not an "election", and he can run again in 2024. Lin Wood uses the word "ignore" rather than "inauguration", meaning it won't be an inauguration that counts against the 2-term limit.
