Most groups use these word to dehumanize normalcy and isolate initiates from the consensus of normalcy.
They do this to fabricate division and to compartmentalize people and information.
It just might be someone important, but they're limiting themselves to exposure. If they wanted a generous adoption of their message, they wouldn't exclude people who just want info and instead aren't willing to afford him the suspension of doubt enough to capture what he's offering.
