Jr. is plausible, he matches up decently with old photos of him when he was young with a lot of hair, but personally I think the guy on TikTok matches better with Vaughan in both facial features and age.
Jr., if he is alive, would be 60 years old, compared to Vaughan being 39. The TT guy looks more like a 40 year old weathered dude than a 60 year old.
Someone on 4chan compiled this and there are certain features that are dead on for this guy.
Outside of the service he would have lost a lot of mass too, which corresponds to that guy.
I do expect though if this gains anymore traction that his family (just like Seth Rich's family and many others) will come out and demand this stop and that its not him and that he is dead, pushing the messaging that would benefit the establishment narrative, most likely paid off.
His nose is different. Doubt he got beefed up after it instead of losing mass.
Foley has a wider mouth also.
