Nathan Deal was #82. In GA you can only serve 2 terms as governor, so that's when Kemp steps in.
Prior to Deal, #81 was Sonny Perdue , who is POTUS Secretary of Agriculture.

And something about counting votes with his wife at their kitchen table. It was 2 years ago, but i remember listening to talk radio and hearing that.
