So, looks like he did a post grad year at Athens Academy then went to UGA, where no grad year is listed
Going back to this message, then, the 83 at the end could mean he was writing to another Athens Academy grad. See that on Alum comms with some schools. They sign those with their grad year.
So, is Consul Li another Athens Academy grad? Don't think so. Tried a search, but I have a China url blocker running.

So, could be he did a post grad year. Seen athletes do that to get more experience before college. Then he goes to UGA, but I don't see any graduate info.
College alums sometimes communicate with their grad year after the sig. So outside chance, not likely here, that Kemp is communicating with another Athens Academy grad.
