Isn't it possible that this was done on purpose in order to get these cases to SCOTUS ASAP? I recall an article recently mentioning that these cases were a "master class in how to piss off a judge."

I think the object here is to get enough cases (states) in front of SCOTUS justices as soon as possible to overturn the election.

I wouldn't be surprised if the documents and evidence that are presented to SCOTUS are perfect and on-target in every way.
