hold on. per Foster v. Love 1997, if the states that did not have a clear winner on election night are in violation of federal law…wouldnt the states that sent out applications and ballots for people to mail in WITHOUT their consent (and also not being true verified absentee ballots) also be in violation of federal law as it changes the true date of the election and not only the manner?
