Lawyers, who are not fighting in lawsuits against election fraud or gov-imposed COVID oppression, are garbage. Their opinions are trash.

It doesn't matter what excuse lower level judges use to throw out these cases. There isn't enough time to litigate them the normal way. The Biden campaign or any other yahoo can run out the clock by tying them up in court for years.

This is a foot race to get one or more lawsuits up to SCOTUS where the real decision(s) will be made. Lawyers have been trying different legal arguments in different places to see what works while throwing around enough allegations to convince the public that the election was not fair. Two are at SCOTUS right now. In one poll I saw, almost half of Dems, over 90% of Reps, and over 80% of Indies think the presidential election was stolen. IMO these legal warriors actively fighting have done a decent job so far contrary what those two do-nothing, fat asses say.
