Disputes between the two branches are Consitutional matters – the EB feels the LB exceeded it's Constitutional authority by usurping an EB role; or the LB feels the EB is failing to perform its Consitutional duty, or is usurping a LB role.

I said that clause is what gives SCOTUS power to rule on issues not related to State conflicts.
I even explicitly stated that SCOTUS has 2 roles.
Trump gave the AG the authority on when to release declassified information.
So as not to impact "ongoing investigations".
Also… anyone want to hazard a guess as to why TX didn't include AZ and NV in its suit?
