It's grueling work, but it's bulletproof. Open like 50 new tabs and scroll through them quickly with alt+tab. Paste the url (except for the last two digits of the post number or anything to the right of that) into all the tabs without loading it, and then alt+tab through the tabs again to enter the post numbers sequentially, quickly. Don't forget to paste the .html too. Then just scroll through and load them all at the same time, it's a great computer workout.
