I hold a lot of skepticism towards this theory. Mainly because if the majority of politicians have been corrupted, and the vast majority of judges have been corrupted… who is to say it is not the same in the military? I would suspect the vast majority of military brass have been corrupted too.
Yes Q said the military is the only way, but that can mean more than what this theory holds.
