> Texas suing other states, headed to SCOTUS

Ironically, this is the only Constitutional function of the Supreme Court - resolving disputes between the States. The whole "judicial review" thing is an unconstitutional fraud - that power is reserved to We, the people, via the 9th, 10th and 14th Amendments, to be exercised through the mechanism of jury nullification.

For the first time in living memory, the Supreme Court is being tasked to perform their only legitimate function.

> Lacks Constitutional Sauce

Read again, fren.

Article III, Section 2:

> The Judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;—to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;—to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;—to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;—to Controversies between two or more States;—between a State and Citizens of another State;—between Citizens of different States,—between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects."

I see nothing about resolving disputes between the legislative and executive branches. If I'm wrong, please provide sauce.

> What is Q_Anon

It's a label applied by the media, targeting people who think for themselves, in an attempt to smear and discredit valid research and investigation performed independently of government or media.

'There is no Qanon. It's just another media lie.

> SCOTUS is authorized to oversee all law, 'cuz misunderstood quote

You're close, but no banana.

> All cases […] arising under this Constitution

That doesn't mean SCOTUS is the arbiter of legislation that falls under a State's constitution.

Additionally, I must point out that Common Law is supreme on domestic soil, not Admiralty Law.

I can't find the sauce about "common law". Can some frens help a nigger out?
