this can be done without meditation or any other alteration of our cognitive state
it is done
not from a change in state of mind
but from a change in state of heart
when done in this fashion one goes from the place of the observer to the place of the participant
it is helpful for one completely new however what makes humans unique is our abilities derived from out hearts and not our minds
when we go out of body from our crown chakra we connect to our higher consciousness (this requires transcendental mediation or psychedelics) when we us this manner we have the ability to observe in the physical (remote viewing) and participate in the astral
when we go out of body from our heart chakra we connect directly to the ALL (this requires an emotional shift to absolute and unconditional gratitude, empathy, and love for all of existence) when we use this manner we are able to participate in both the physical (physical matter and energy becomes malleable) and in the astral
to say this is evil is to say prayer is evil
just like anything evil only exists in the practitioner not the practice
