There's a lot that could happen in 2 weeks, for sure.

I could round up every unemployed, dole-dossing, inbred-looking, uneducated white retard that lives in my borough and have them clean up the streets once a day, every week, if they want their so-called "benefits" and this shit-tip of an area would look a lot better than it does.

But even something that simple won't happen.
