I guess I know him too well and too long a person in the news. He started out by 'buying' companies. They would borrow as much as they could on the company. They would pay themselves huge bonuses. Then they would give themselves huge stock after taking it all private, borrow beyond any reason, then 'take it public', cash out, then . . . the company usually went bankrupt shortly after.
that is why I call him a weasel because tens of thousands of people were effected, and often their pensions looted.
So weasel seems the right word for him.
