eh, maybe late boomer, early gen x. I'm gen x, I remember this from mtv, I'm early gen x and I was early high school. College age boomers when this came out.

 

All should pretty much agree that the boomer music was better, and much was better. The 80s brought a bunch of garbage like no drugs and changes in the legal drinking age and whining about drinking and driving.
