Supreme Court “Denial” is a HUGE WIN!!!!
All SCOTUS did was refuse to enter injunctive relief to prevent certification, which requires as a component that there be “irreparable harm”.
I think the unanimous Court action is great for GEOTUS. It means that there is a remedy that can be fashioned, even after certification, that renders the certification redressable retroactively.
The “race” to December 14 certification, and the “rejection” by the Court, is fake news.
