“This the End All, Be All Case” – Trump Attorney Jordan Sekulow: MI, GA, PA and WI Are Required to Respond to Texas Case by Thursday, This is Good News

Earlier today the state of Texas sued Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin on Monday night with the US Supreme Court challenging their unlawful election procedures.

Texas argued these four states violated the US Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions. But these states did not make the changes through the state legislatures as spelled out in the US Constitution.

Then later this evening Allen West announced that seven additional states had joined Texas in its lawsuit against unlawful election procedures.

Tonight on Stinchfield Trump Attorney Jordan Sekulow announced that Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin are required to respond to this Texas lawsuit by Thursday.

Jordan Sekulow is a member of President Donald Trump’s legal team.

Jordan Sekulow: I can already report now the Supreme Court has put on the docket the parties: Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. When you look at the states that were named they have to now respond by Thursday at 3 PM to this bill of complaint. And they have to respond to very specific items. So the Supreme Court is not just considering what Texas filed today they are now going the next step which is we want a response from the states named… Again I think this is very clear. This is the case we’ve been talking about to reach SCOTUS. This is the outcome determinative case. 62 electoral college votes at stake enough to change the outcome of the election.

And then Jordan added this:

There are two reliefs sought. One is these legislatures that are all controlled by Republicans can seat new electors because the elections violated the elector’s clause due process and equal protection. And because of that they can seat new electors… And if it went to the House then Republicans control that 27 to 22 so it would be Republicans choosing the next president if it had to go the House of Representatives… This is the major challenge, the one we were waiting for. It has enough electoral votes at stake to change the outcome… The court is deciding that it wants more briefing and it is great news… This is the end all, be all case.

Child abuse victim says porn website Pornhub profited from her child rape

A 19-year-old spends hours every day trawling the internet trying to pull down images of her own child sex abuse – including from Pornhub.

“Pornhub actively profited from my rape,” says a tweet written by 19-year-old child sex abuse survivor-turned-activist *Avri Sapir.

It’s part of a horrifying thread posted in March this year in which she explains a portion of her traumatic personal story.

“I was abused & used in child porn from when I was a baby until I was 15,” Avri writes, “A few weeks ago, videos of me when I was a toddler … being raped were uploaded to Pornhub. The videos were left up for hours, days. One got over 600 views. They were monetised with ads.

“The more views they got, the more ads were put around and in front of the videos. I flagged the videos as ‘underage’ and filled out the ‘content removal request form’, but nothing happened. I watched the view count tick up faster and faster,” she continues.

These are the tweets that compel me to message Avri, who is based in the US, and ask if we can talk.

Over Zoom, I ask what life – and the future – looks like for Avri today. She refers to a recent suicide attempt, one of many over the years, and says: “I did not think I would still be alive at this point, so I didn’t really plan ahead this far.”

Frankly, it’s not surprising. Victims of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are known to suffer lifelong consequences including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, feelings of shame, suicidal thoughts, problems with self-esteem and trouble maintaining intimate relationships.

Although Avri has managed to graduate from high school this year after missing years of school, she still spends hours each day trying to track down and remove images of her abuse from numerous online sites.

“I basically stay in the library until it closes and then go home and continue looking for my content until I fall asleep,” she says. “That is something I have to build into my schedule every day.”

Arizona Supreme Court Upholds Lower Court Ruling Affirms Joe Biden’s Victory in Arizona

On November 30th the Trump campaign held hearings in Arizona on the allegations of massive voter fraud. Arizona went 5 points for President Trump in 2016. This year through massive fraud Democrats managed to steal the state.

Of course, it is ridiculous to believe Trump, the most popular president in the modern error, would lose a traditional red state in this year’s election.

During the hearing several witnesses testified on the massive fraud in the state. Others testified on the results. Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai presented very powerful data that completely obliterated the Biden victory narrative.

Dr. Shiva presented his data at the Arizona hearing, showing the only way for Joe Biden to have statistically caught up with President Trump was if Democrat votes came in at 130% for Biden and -30% for Trump.

It didn’t happen. The state was stolen by fraud.

Despite this Governor Doug Ducey signed off on the results.

On Tuesday the Arizona Supreme Court upheld a lower court ruling and affirmed Joe Biden’s victory in Arizona.

The Arizona Supreme Court on Tuesday affirmed President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in Arizona, upholding a lower court’s finding that there was no misconduct, fraud or illegal voting in the general election.

The ruling came hours before the so-called “safe harbor” cutoff, a federal deadline by which states must resolve election-related disputes in state courts to guarantee Congress will count their electors’ votes.

Arizona Republican Party Chair Kelli Ward had initially filed the challenge in Maricopa County Superior Court, seeking to have a judge void Biden’s 10,457-vote win in Arizona. In her claim, she questioned the signature verification process used by Maricopa Countyto authenticate mail-in ballots, as well as the duplication process election officials used to count ballots that tabulation machines couldn’t read.

CPAC is leaving the D.C. 'swamp,' heading south for 2021

The event will be held in person in Florida

American Conservative Union chairman Matt Schlapp announced Tuesday that the group's Conservative Political Action Conference will be held in balmy Florida next year, far from the Washington, D.C., "swamp."

"For the first time ever, our annual CPAC meeting is moving outside of D.C. to Orlando, Florida," Schlapp said in an exclusive statement to Fox News, who noted that the event will be held in person Feb. 25-28 at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando. The event attracted nearly 20,000 people over its four days last year.

"In addition to being a model on how to run a clean election without widespread illegal voting, thanks to Gov. Ron DeSantis' (ACUF Lifetime Rating: 99%) commonsense leadership, Florida has kept its economy, schools, and churches open – while balancing the health and safety of Floridians," Schlapp explained.

"CPAC believes that Florida is the right state to host CPAC 2021," he reiterated.

The conference, first launched in 1974, has always been held either in or around Washington, D.C. For the past eight years, the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Maryland, just outside of the District of Columbia, has been CPAC's home. But the massive resort remains closed amid the worst pandemic to strike the globe in a century.

Also, Florida is one of roughly a dozen states without a mask mandate amid the coronavirus, Fox News said.

According to CBS News, President Donald Trump said Tuesday that the Food and Drug Administration is "just days away" from approving the COVID-19 vaccine produced by Pfizer. Health officials plan to have tens of millions of people vaccinated in the U.S. in coming months from the virus that has killed more than 280,000 Americans and infected over 15 million in the U.S.
