All cancers have the enzyme Telomerase. That is why cancer cells can make rapid continual exact copies of itself.
The Telomerase enzyme is specific to each cell. You cant just introduce "telomerase" into the body and cause rapid cellular growth. You have to activate it based on each cell type. They have already activated the telemerase enzyme in epithelial cells (skin cells) in the lab and they show no signs of senescence (cell death) even after 400+ divisions.
