State mail-ins could have been Trump ballots and that would have taken time to sort, so they just used counterfeits with Biden on them. They went overboard because of real Trump votes they had to neutralize, leading to mathematical improbability.

Could be, too, what happen to Jesse Morgan's trailer. They could have been counterfeit ballots he was hauling that had been put in US Mail crates.

That's why US Mail facility in Harrisburg wouldn't unload him. After 6 or 7 hours he had to got to Lancaster, where he unhitched because it was too late to unload (I believe). He came back next day and the whole trailer had been stolen.

He was a mail hauler. I think the bad guys used official mail packaging and transport as a ruse and couldn't have them actually unloaded at a mail facility.

Remember SFA video where the ballots from under the table were in US Mail crates? Also, the photo of the crates showing no return address? If counterfeits such as that were on Jesse's rig and unloaded the mail facility would have noticed it.

Jesse not a part of the ruse, he just happened to have those counterfeits put on his rig. Since it was normal US Mail transport packaging he wouldn't know anything was wrong.
