Chinese Consul General Wang Donghua hosted the reception in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China at the Consulate General in San Francisco on September 27th, 2019.
The reception was attended by California Senator Scott Wiener, California Assemblymember Philip Ting, David Chiu and Mayor of Dublin Mr. Herbert, Mayor of Fremont Ms. Lily Mei, Mayor of Millbrae Mr. Wayne Lee, representatives of Congressmen of California Doug LaMalfa and Eric Swalwell, representatives from local Chinese American communities and overseas Chinese Students, along with friends from various sectors, making a total of more than 800 guests.
