Even if, despite proof of election fraud, SCOTUS caves and rules in favor of condoning election fraud, the Constitution grants the military to take control of the country's government, including all the three letter agencies, including the DOJ and the FBI, at which point it is almost certain that a big portion of the 60% kept private will be disclosed to the public, such that the overwhelming majority of people will welcome the military's control.
We will see either justice with SCOTUS or justice with Military Tribunals.
