A shit ton of refuelers flying over our heads right now, never saw 37 over CONUS at one time. That means there's another shit ton of fighters/bombers sucking fuel from them, hard to say how many, but a KC-135 can refuel about 20 F-16s.

It doesn't matter if the House passes it veto-proof, the Senate still has to vote on it, and if it doesn't pass there, then it's dead. If it does pass, it will take a 67 vote majority to make the final bill veto proof.
