This is definitely notable.
It's starting to look like Oswald was involved, he wasn't a "stooge" or "innocent", but likely a CIA operative that thought that he was going to get out alive.

Also seem to indicate that the CIA was manufacturing Oswald's history of guilt as they were unable to prove within any reason, why they thought Oswald had contacted the Embassies despite 0 vocal recognition attempts, or nobody supposedly not seeing the photograph that allegedly placed Oswald there.
