Spiritual Clarity

All is lived, or it’s opposite, devil. You can live, or it’s opposite, evil. Letters and their direction, are important, for understanding.

A little definition applied to some terms found throughout the web regarding spirit. Dusting off a bit of the old vagueness.

Knowing that ‘Spirit’ is how one thinks. Feel free to relace any instance of the word ‘Spiritual’ below, with the words Cognitive or Cognition.

Spiritual Wound:

A troubling / disturbing doubt (an unknown).

That is used as a reference or indicator toward the general direction of one’s growth.

Spiritual Wellness:

The result of the practices described above.

Spiritual Distress:

Increasing instability in the patterns of thought.

If uncorrected, leads to mental fatigue and then the formation of ‘doubt’ / Spiritual Wound. Or Spiritual Scratch depending on importance.

Important:

Only the individual can determine what their efforts have proven true. Without this, others will determine truth for them. A benefit to this, is knowing what is worth the effort of validation.

If it was not worthy of your effort, how could it be worthy of others? This makes for a good moral compass. Like recognizes Like. Similiar knows Similar.
