The deification of Mary does appear to be a sly attempt to infiltrate Christianity with a worship of the "goddess". Mary really does seem to become a stand-in for the satanic Earth Mother Goddess, or whatever other name you choose to give to the worship of darkness. Mary was a blessed woman, a human being, called upon to do a difficult thing, as are many (all?) human beings.
