They are forcing the the value of real estate to collapse, so they can buy it up cheap and transform it.
Look at YOUR city. RIGHT now. Are they demolishing malls and shopping centers and replacing them with big mixed-use developments? I bet these new developments all promote walking, all have been built with Amazon drone delivery in mind, all promote green and sustainable living.
It's so clear now what they are doing.
