Unknown plane that flew up the coast, and is now circling off the coast of Virginia Beach.
Q4 Spy Plane that is circling in the Atlantic, and it seems like a T38 Talon jumped out and joined him temporarily (heading back to base now). May not be nothing, but found interesting.
