This was such a brilliant move, Trump keeps the focus on corrupt state officials in the swing states where the enemy focuses all of it's bribery and threats towards, while the rest of the states quietly prepare a lawsuit. it could even be some of these corrupt republicans in states were acting the whole time to create a diversion.
