Summary:

Otero is fingering the CIA based on his understanding of how the CIA operates. CIA wanted to toss out tons of disinfo to derail the investigation so that if the Oswald narrative failed, they'd have a Mafia angle, and a Cuba/Russia/Communists angle.

Honestly, when you push all the bullshit aside, you are left with CIA is central to the planning and execution of the assassination. Today's release, however, doesn't go beyond that (presumably because of Q's suggestion that it would greatly impact national security) to name the (possible) foreign (allies?) involvement.

In other words, we might find out, later on, that ABC agencies (excepting perhaps the NSA) are all controlled by an outside entity, and that they've been running the show here for far longer than anyone could imagine.

The reality we've been consuming has been a false narrative since the late 50s to early 60s. Could you imagine the impact this would have to society if it is not, indeed, a conspiracy?

Tons of disinfo just to cover up the assassination of the president. I'm starting to think POTUS is dead on with the National Security concern in releasing all the redacted materials.
