i knew i recognized this floor pattern it took me a minute to remember, it is from twin peaks!

the zig zag black and white style is meant to symbolically represent that the powers of dark and the powers of light intermingle and mix in this place, this room or area. it is meant to designate the place as a meeting point between the worlds of good and evil.

why would they want that pattern here? where the votes are being counted and cheated.
